We use third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

Missed Payments: Failure to make payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your service.

  • You accept that repair times are estimates and may vary

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults not disclosed prior to repair

You are solely responsible for backing up your data before submitting your device.


11. Warranty on Repairs

  • Valid for a specified period (e.g. 3–12 months depending on service)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage after repair
  • Water damage unless explicitly covered
  • Unauthorised third-party repairs

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service
